Dino's 'Crunch Wrap Supreme'

So in case you're new around here! We had a baby! Little Foxi girl made her debut on November 23rd and Dino has been on full 'feeding the mama' mode and I am relishing in alllll the delicious food! This time around, I'm not worried about getting my body back like I was with my other kids. Maybe I am a little older or just more comfortable in my skin, but I am content with focusing on baby snuggles, feeding this little human that has lived inside me for 10 months and cuddling up with family. Ooooh, it's so nice.

With that being said! You have all been asking for this recipe - it really is so simple you guys, but it is SO delicious and incredible comfort food. Best part is, you can use leftover protein and kinda just throw in what you have in the fridge! Dino tries it all, but I repeat...don't skimp on the beans and do not try pickled onions. Dino took note and that mistake won't happen again - lol!

Ingredients:

Flour Tortillas

Refried Beans

Pulled Pork (or really any protein of choice, leftovers work great here too!)

Shredded Cheese

Crunchy Tostada Shell

Lettuce

Tomato

Sour Cream

Directions: 1. Start with a large heated pan/griddle/skillet - whatever you've got! Place the large tortilla down to warm. 2. Add a little bit of beans, meat, cheese to the middle - allow a good amount of room all the way around. 3. Place the tostada on top of the toppings 4. On top of the tostada add a little bit of lettuce, tomato, and sour cream 5. Then fold all of the edges of the soft tortilla over, going all the way around. 6. Once it's slightly toasted on one side, flip it to the other. 7. Seal up the other side by toasting until crisp and you are good to go!
Such a super easy but fun weeknight recipe and the kids LOVE them! Enjoy, friends!
