DIY Foot Washer

arrowsandbow9 • Sep 13, 2021

We are pulling everything together at the Inn this week! Our opening is getting so close and we are all so excited!

I pulled together a super simple tutorial on the foot washer that Dino constructed - it’s really as simple as it looks and, best part? It works 55357;56908;55356;57339;

These foot washers are genius, so I figured we needed to have a couple at the inn! After a day at the beach or just walking around barefoot, which can happen often with #islandlife, it's nice to be able to rinse off the day's activities. Nobody wants to drag a bunch of sand and dirt into their rooms of Joie!

Above is a picture of the finished product, and below is the Instagram Reel we made for a visual tutorial!

You will need:
1 - 1/2 inch PVC to female threaded
1 - 1/2 inch 90 degree PVC
1 - 1/2 inch 45 degree PVC
1 - 1/2 inch PVC to male threaded
1 - spray nozzle
3 - 1/2 inch PVC pipe cut in 1.5 inch pieces
1 - PVC all purpose glue
1 - 1/2 inch female threaded to female hose bib

Instructions:
Glue all the PVC pieces together and attach it to the sprayer.
Drill holes in the ground and secure the sprayer in place with screws.
Attach one end of the hose to the sprayer and one end to the on/off water valve.
Turn the water on and step on the foot pedal to try it out!
