When I tell you this cake is magical, trust me, the cake is magical. It looks a bit like fairies made it and it tastes even better!

This is one of those recipes that looks way fancier than it is but with simple, pretty basic ingredients, this can be whipped up and presented in a flash. Good for a party, entertaining or an after dinner treat! Plus it has fruit, so it’s healthy, right?!

Dino just kind of made this up one night, and since then I have been begging him to recreate it. And now, I feel like it’s a staple!
