Easy + SO GOOD, Berry Crunch

This is one of those recipes that looks wayyy fancier than it is but with simple, pretty basic ingredients, this can be whipped up and presented in a flash. Good for a party, entertaining or an after dinner treat! Plus it has fruit so it's healthy, right?!


Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup flour

1 cup quick oatmeal

1/4 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp baking soda

1 tbsp sugar

1 bag of frozen berries or fruit

Directions:

- Melt butter in medium bowl 

- Mix berries with 1 tbsp of sugar - set aside

- Mix together brown sugar, flour, oatmeal, baking powder, salt and baking soda in a bowl

- Pour half of the dry mixture into an 8 x 8 baking pan

- Layer the berries on top of the dry mixture

- Add in the other half of the dry mixture on top of the berries

- Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 to 35 mins or until golden brown and smelling divine.

Serve with ice cream, or on it's own - it's so yum!
